Sparklefit provides a holistic approach to women's health, fitness and mental well being.

I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist who specialises in all aspects of women's health and fitness. I believe in providing tailor-made programmes for each individual client and making your time with me, fun and enjoyable. I have also completed study on pre/post natal training and training for seniors.

I believe Personal Training is for everyone. It can improve your vitality, restore energy levels, optimise your physical and mental condition and help you unwind from the pressure of daily life. About Sarah Wilson

I worked as a Personal Assistant for years until I decided in a change of direction in my career. I wanted to make a difference to people's health and wellbeing, so I left my job in London and took time out to train with Premier - Europe's leading Personal Training Company. I decided that if I was going to really help people I should learn as much as possible about not only fitness, but health, nutrition, injuries and the different life stages women's bodies go through. I understand the pressures of being a busy woman of any age - trying to stay healthy, keeping trim and keeping energy levels up, whilst suffering from time famine. I see my mission in life as helping women to achieve their goals and improving quality of life in many ways.
