Aerobics Programme

The University Sports Centre offers a comprehensive range of classes varying from high tempo workouts such as 3-2-1, to more low tempo classes such as Stretch Relax and Tone. There are also classes in Yoga, Pilates and Ko-Bo. All classes are open to the public and customers have the choice of paying per class (3.20 public members) or buying an annual card (175) which gives unlimited access to the aerobics and yoga classes over the year. Here is the current programme : (Sunday 9th June to Friday 28th June).
